Overview:
Google Workspace includes Docs, Sheets, and Forms - simple, reliable tools I use for day-to-day project organization, client coordination, and data collection without needing any complex software.
How I Use It:
I use Google Docs for writing briefs and project notes, Google Sheets for tracking deliverables and organizing content schedules, and Google Forms for collecting client requirements and feedback at the start of a project.
Middle Bold Paragraph:
Google Docs is where I document project scope, design feedback, and revision notes. It keeps communication clear and gives both me and the client a shared reference throughout the project.
Client Work Paragraph:
Google Forms makes it easy to collect structured information from clients - brand preferences, target audience, color choices - before I start designing, so the first draft is already aligned with their vision.
Why Google Workspace?
Google Workspace tools are simple, accessible, and need no setup. They keep my project workflow organized and make client collaboration smooth - from the first brief to the final handover.
